House rules

Check-in/Out Times:

Check-in time is 3 PM or later. Check out is 11 AM or earlier.

Quiet Time(s):

We are FIRM with quiet time between 10 PM and 10 AM. This is not just a house rule, there is a local ordinance to this effect. Our neighbors appreciate this as well.

Smoking/Drug Policy:

There is a strict NO smoking (tobacco or marijuana) inside the home.

Guest(s) of Residents:

We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick you up, but parties of any kind are not allowed in the house or on the property. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process. This must be done no later than 24 hours prior to check-in. Failure to do this is a violation of our house rules - no entry/no refund if you violate the rules.

Parking:

You may park in front of the mailboxes or under the carport, whichever space is available. Please do not park in or block either of the side driveways (they go to the back units on either side of the house).

Television:

The television is a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, and several children’s, news, and other free streaming services. Do NOT order/buy movies or TV shows. You may also listen to music via Spotify or Pandora by using these apps on the television.

Bathroom:

Do not flush ANYTHING except toilet paper and what comes out of your body. Tampons, pads, paper towels, baby wipes (even flushable ones!) MUST go in the trash.

Kitchen:

You are welcome to use spices, condiments, coffee, tea, and any food items. These are there for you to enjoy during your stay. If you need to take out your trash during your stay, the trash bins are located below the deck (The dark green bins).

Air Conditioner:

You are welcome to set the A/C to your comfort level when you are home. When you go out, please set the AC to 79.
